A way to make your brain happier

Of course this idea is too generic when the brain is so complex and, more importantly, each brain is its own.

Nevertheless, this is a truth, it happens, if you think less of your own belly button and more on others, being compassionate, helping others, having gratitude, altruistic, makes you certainly happier everyday, at the end of each day, sleeping better, waking up better, feeling better and more fulfilled, absolutely.

The opposite is modern democracy, it’s each politian, imagining the happiness they generate… poverty, dispair, war, poverty…
